Please read the following information carefully.It is your responsibility to have read and accepted our standard trading terms when you submit your order.

Customer Care-These terms and conditions comply with UK legislation, including the Distance Selling Regulations. They are designed to ensure that our customers can shop with us safely & securely. All items must be checked within 8 hours of delivery.

Made-to-order (personalised) items are non-returnable and cannot be cancelled when order has been place KcWoodcraft does not provide refunds on personalised items. Our products are custom made and therefore customers should ensure they are satisfied with the goods prior to order. If you have any doubts or queries please contact us, use our contact us page on the website for further details. We will be more than happy to assist you with choosing what product is best for you.

Delivery of our items-

Our free p&p service is applicable to most UK mainland postcodes - if you do have a Highlands or Islands, Channel Islands or Isle of Man postcode we will contact you with a quote for the additional cost that will be incurred.

PLEASE NOTE - The delivery companies can not provide a specific time of day for delivery.

FAILED DELIVERIES - If you are not at home the delivery company will usually put a note in your letter box to inform you they have tried to deliver & provide further informtaion regarding re-delivery etc.

Depending on the courier used to deliver your item, if you are not in again ,they may try to deliver the parcel again or you may be given the the option to collect the goods yourself from the depot, failing that the goods will be returned to us and we will contact you to arrange a new delivery date - this new delivery will be charged for.

It is your responsibility to ensure somebody is available to sign for the parcel you have purchased to your chosen shipment address and it is your responsibilty to ensure all details of your shipment address are correct before completing your order.

Upon completion of your order if any details you have entered are incorrect, an administration fee of £20 will be applicable by yourself.

  

Personalisation of Products-

It is your responsibility to ensure all details are correct for the design, colour and personalisation of your items. When your order is complete, we will copy all details as you send them to us via our contact us page of our website.

PLEASE NOTE- THAT THE PICTURES ON OUR WEBSITE ARE FOR ILLUSTRATION PURPOSES ONLY AND EACH ITEM IS CUSTOM MADE SO THEREFORE COLOUR SHADES ETC MAY VARY SLIGHTLY TO THE PICTURES UNLESS STATED OTHERWISE BY YOU THE CUSTOMER WHEN PLACING YOUR ORDER. IF YOU REQUIRE A SPECIFIC SHADE OF COLOUR YOU MUST SPECIFY THIS CLEARLY ONCE PURCHASED, AS COLOUR SHADES CAN VARY ON OUR PICTURES DUE TO THE LIGHT IN WHICH IT WAS TAKEN. 

Damaged Goods-

All goods are checked thoroughly before leaving us at kcwoodcraft, should an item be damaged on arrival it is imperative that we are contacted via email along with photographic evidence of the damaged item and it's packaging within 8 hours of receipt. Although liability cannot be accepted for goods damaged during transit, as a goodwill gesture we will contact the courier in order to attempt to claim insurance for the damaged goods and then come up with a suitable solution i.e. repair of your current item or replacement of a new one. If it is deemed that the best solution would be for you to receive a replacement item, the original packaging must be retained and the item re-boxed for collection which will be arranged by kcwoodcraft. Please also note that to repair or remake an item this can sometimes take at least 4 weeks. We thank you for your cooperation in this matter. Please note if contact is not made within 8 hours of receipt kcwoodcraft will not be able to replace or repair the damaged goods free of charge.
